I love the care, activities, and friendliness staff provide!! I like the indoor environment for the pups

Customer service us great. I’ve had to change Rocco’s usual day twice and it was done without a problem. Also, the employees seem to really care about the dogs that are in their care.

Monitoring of groups is actively covered by those with training in different behaviors. Dogs were allowed to be dogs and all got along well. My 2 dogs were bathed and had nails trimmed, and spent the day in daycare. Nice, clean facilities.

The people and the facilities as well as the service is great!

Very much enjoyed this Dogtopia location at our family’s town for Thanksgiving. Friendly greeting and easy check in. Our pup was there for meet and greet then boarding (since we we are regulars at a Dogtopia out of state.) The camera seemed
to have a little trouble but we got a few sneak peeks. We loved that you all texted a couple photos of Indy with her new friends! She had a blast! Thank you so much! We’ll see you again!

Dedicated staff

The staff is loving and caring, which is very important to me, the place is clean considering they are dealing with doggies daily! The front desk staff girls are knowledgeable and very helpful. I know my babies are loved and care for when I’m not in town!

what I took away from my visit is not the services. The services that they provide are very much like other companies provide. What makes this place different is the attitude. The approach is personal and in the staff show that they care about each and every dog. That’s what makes this place unique and a place I want to continue to do business with.
