Everyone that works at Dogtopia is incredibly friendly and helpful. They are great at assessing the energy level of our puppies. I feel like they take good care of them. I love the fun activities that they include every month. When I drop my puppies off I know they’re in good hands.

I came here with my gsd and she struggles with extreme anxiety. Dogtopia was so sweet with her and helped her adjust to the new area by allowing me to bring her over the day before her appointment to get her used to the spa area and it helped her with her anxiety. I love that dogtopia took their time helping bella and taking their time with her. She was happy and confident with dogtopia after that she wanted to stay. I am grateful I found a place I can take bella to that treats her like one of their own. Thank you dogtopia
Everyone at Dogtopia of Harbor Steps takes SUCH good care of Jeeter. Sometimes I have long days and I feel bad leaving him alone for so long, but I know he’s being taken care of people who love him and that he loves. They are so welcoming in the morning and he’s so excited to see them all and spend time with them. They are also so attentive to him and have taken the time to learn his behaviors and when he’s overstimulated by all the puppy energy (#OldDogProblems) and just needs time out of the rooms and hanging out with people, and they take care of him so he still has a great time every day and continues to love to go back.

#1. Cleanliness – I like that my dog doesn’t smell like poopies nor covered with other dogs fur when he comes home.
#2. Friendliness – I appreciate that some days I can just call on the fly and there’s room for my doggy.
