Staff was great

The staff are very attentive and I always feel my dog is special to them just like their own dog.

Good people and clear care for pups. Service was great. I ask a lot of questions and it was a relief to have helpful responses.

Dogtopia Harbor Steps is the best doggy daycare around. My dog loves going there and all of the employees take such good care of her. I love all of the activities and photos they offer as well.

We love the place! We were visiting for a week and needed a place to leave our furry son for a day. From the moment we walked in to inquiry until we picked him up they treated him so well!

Video camera doesn’t work in all the rooms so unsure of how my dog is doing throughout the day when I have time to check. It has been an on-going problem for months.

There doesn’t seem to be a lot of interaction with the dogs from the “trainers” when I watch the feeds. Some dogs end up getting more attention than others. Some are left to their own devices to play with their other daycare mates. I often see “trainers” walking around the room and dogs follow them but that is all unless there is a scheduled activity.

Unclear why some dogs have extended time outs in kennels. Would be great to inform parents of how their dog did at daycare.

Train all staff how to use different types of leads. I’ve seen dogs not properly harnessed (body and head) when they are returned to their owners/parents at pick up, leaving the parent to figure it out in an open lobby where the dog can run out if someone opens the door.

Human interaction with my pup. Other places just had someone there to watch and clean but not engage with the animals.
