We appreciated the meet and greet and the simple app booking.
I love the staff here; they are so friendly and great with my chaotic muppet of a dog!! And all the activities tent do with the pups are so fun!!
The people are why we come. We feel 100% comfortable leaving our boy with such caring employees. We have Enzo signed up at another daycare but always choose to bring him to Harbor Steps.

The folks who look after the dogs care so much about each and every dog there. My dog has issues and they are genuinely happy when he has a good day or makes progress in a certain area. They also go out of their way to help him when he’s having a bad day or stay. They’re the best.
Friendly and knowledgeable people who go out of their way to make sure your dog and you are happy and comfortable.

I LOVE how kind and caring everyone is to my puppy and, what to me feels like extra steps, they take to give me comfort that she is taken great care of. I like the convenient booking and of course the webcam so I can hop on an take a peek at her if want to.
