I came in for a nail trim with my elderly dog, she has toe treads glued to her nails to prevent her from slipping on hard wood floors. They are a pain to get off but the staff was unbelievably patient and friendly. They went the extra mile to get them off her nails to give her a nice trim with zero complaints and constant kindness. Will definitely be returning.

The front desk is friendly and Charlotte is always quick to answer my questions via email! The facilities are clean and everything seems very well managed. The only thing that could make it better is if they brought back on-site grooming (though I still take advantage of the spa services!).

The staff is amazing. And my dog, Sky is very happy there. I would highly recommend them to anybody that asks.

My 4 month old puppies just had their first day at Dogtoptopia today! They seemed really happy when I picked them up. Watching the cameras, they appeared to be doing great socializing with the other dogs. I love the report card. Both the cameras and the report card reassured me that both my puppies would be fine.

I’m excited for their next daycare appointment.
