Friendly staff who seem to really enjoy taking care of our pooches.
Apparently I chose to do pet ownership at the hardest possible level, getting a dog with severe IBD AND face warts AND a testicle that never descended on its own AND one gross, infection-prone ear, AND did I mention he’s hyper even for a golden?
The staff at Dogtopia has been so kind and sensitive to Zack’s many needs. I absolutely could not have done any of this dog mom stuff without such supportive caregivers. I appreciate so much every time they have worked with me to make sure that Zack is comfortable and healthy. My husband took a while to trust anybody at all with our sweet boy, but he absolutely trusts the South Ann Arbor staff and is relieved we have a place for Zack to go while we’re working.
I promise to never again get a dog whose parents are cousins.
My pups and I were welcomed with open arms and they created each day with smiles and warm welcome. They get the exercise and socialization they need.
Friendly, tour was very helpful.
Staff is well trained and that was most important for us. And they love the dogs!

I would love if you guys can consider giving Pet Parents a report card. The card should include if they have a bowel movement, the friends they met for the day and if they ate all of the food.
Friendly faces greet us every time. Everyone has worked with us so much to ensure our dog is successful. The facility is cleaned regularly and my long haired dog comes home way more clean than other local establishments. I LOVE the fun photo sessions every month and look forward to his photos. He wouldn’t even enter other facilities after going for a few months and still runs into DogTopia every time even after a year even though he has anxiety so I know he genuinely loves it here!
The staff at South Ann Arbor are 100% the reason we send our dogs and stay with Dogtopia. They are phenomenal!
