Very flexible

I love that the people who work there know who my dog is! They are always really nice to us and understand my ridiculous requests and anxieties.

I love that they love my dogs and my dogs love them. Very professional and very caring. A very energetic crew with great personalities. They make day care or boarding a fun time for my Yorkies when in their care.
A plus, is their support for Service Dogs for Veterans and a couple other causes to donate too.

I feel like my dog is well taken care of when she is at Dogtopia. She gets a lot of exercise and socialization and seems to enjoy it. I appreciate that the staff always seems happy to greet her. Also, they communicate with me about any issue with my dog.

Staff is awesome. My dog loves to get there 2 days a week.

I’d like cameras to be in for boarding dogs during days even if there is no day care. I left my dog there during the holidays and saw on Christmas he never left his crate. I asked before boarding him for Memorial day if he would be out of his crate even if there was no daycare. The workers said yes but the cameras were down. I don’t believe he was let out those days and would love to be proven wrong by having camera access.
