Very flexible & able to adjust as needed.

Love that they are willing to work with any concerns that I may have expressed. They have extra coaches working with my dog to help him learn to listen better. They asked what words we use at home when giving direction so they will use the same. I feel consistency is important and appreciate them doing that. Love the curbside drop off and pick up. They have different “fun days” for treats or events. Truly appreciate Susan and all the efforts made to ensure the pups have an enjoyable experience.

Friendly and caring staff who seem to enjoy all the dogs in their care. The dog rooms seem clean. My little bichon likes to go. I enjoy the occasional special events like doggie prom.

The care and professionalism

Employees are awesome, they just love dogs and treat them like their own!

The customer service is great. Everyone I have had interaction with seems to genuinely care for the dogs and their patience with my very skittish 50pound girl is fantastic. The owners seem to really want to help us get her to a better place with socialization.

The staff is very friendly and informed about each dog, they know my dog by name. I took my dog to different daycare facility before Dogtopia, my dog was hesitant to go in, the staff did not recognize my dog or me. She was anxious to leave and did not like going inside. Which is why we decided to try Dogtopia. At Dogtopia, she can not wait to get inside and doesn’t like to leave. She enjoys her time there and is happy when I pick her up. That makes me so happy and eases all my worries. I know she’s being cared for and having fun.

I find the staff to be very friendly and courteous. I can tell that they take good care of the dogs that are in their care and I don’t worry at all about leaving my furry family member there for a day or an overnight stay.
