Loved being able to watch her on the Webcam and the picture check ins.

My pup enjoys her time there and everyone is so animal friendly.

It was incredibly informative. Our trainer was outstanding: also on time for the beginning of each of our six, weekly sessions. At the outset, he identified from what we told him – goals. And he added to those goals as well. When he explained that video was actually better than in home visits, I doubted that at the beginning. But then I came to be convinced that he was right: had he or another trainer come into our home, Buster, our puppy, would have been extraordinarily distracted by him, as he is with anyone else that comes to our house. The video, on the other hand, did, in fact, allow the trainer’s full attention on us, as well as our full attention to him. I adhere to his philosophy: He, the trainer, was training us in order than we train our puppy. Excellent program and results. I would not have had it any other way. I also liked that when he was recommending something for us too purchase, he easily brought it up (from Amazon.com) on the screen for us to see. Further, I liked very much that the sessions were recorded, and that I had access to those recordings in order to readily find a particular subject when I needed to refer to it again.

Everyone was very friendly and especially accommodating on short notice when my in-home dog-sitter had a family emergency and had to cancel the day before my trip to Charleston. They took good care of Noodle and even tolerated her “new” habit of escaping from crates!! I would love to see how she is doing this!!
Will use this facility the next time I am traveling to Charleston!!

I like the friendly staff, flexible hours, and the services offered.

The staff is phenomenal. I’m comfortable leaving Salty here, I know he will be safe while having fun. The fun photos they do brighten my day. I can peek in throughout the day via the webcam. I just love this place!

That I can see my pet on camera, that I can bring my pet any day of the week.

The staff is incredibly friendly. Our dog Winston loves being there. He is always so excited when we pull up, he can hardly wait to get inside with the staff and other dogs.

Friendly staff and they seem to really care about each dog and cater to their needs.
