All of DogTopia ‘ s employees – the up front office workers, the groomers, the entire staff – are always accommodating and very pleasant. And DogTopia is the only grooming service in the entire Charleston metro area willing to work with my insane and entirely unpredictable dog. Thank you so much, Shannon. And Shannon is so good, she even recruited another kind and professional groomer to be the courageous stylist while Shannon is out on maternity leave. Thank you, too, Heather.

Customer service is amazing and it’s like they are honestly genuine!!! I’m pleasantly surprised by this group and would refer anyone to them.
I have a senior, special needs rescue. He is blind and terrified of car rides and vet visits, so I was really nervous to try and bring him to a business to have him groomed. I had heard such wonderful things about Dogtopia, so I decided to try (because a dog groomer I am not – and even though he can’t see, everyone else can). When I called to make the appointment and explained the situation, you guys went out of your way to make accommodations. The first grooming went amazing, he wasn’t even stressed out when I picked him up – and he looked SO much better. I just brought him in for the second time, and even though he was scared on the car ride over, he settled down pretty quickly when we walked in the front door. The entire staff is amazing – from front desk staff, to groomer, to management. I have recommended you to everyone I know. Thank you for being so wonderful to my sweet pup!
