Jaime and Sherman Hatch, Owners
Sherman and Jaime Hatch are so excited for you to join our business as we work together to grow the Dogtopia brand and services within the rapidly expanding pet industry across the globe. With over twenty years of experience in owning three private Preschools, they are so very excited to have an opportunity to be in new businesses that socialize your furry best friends. Sherman and Jaime reside in Fort Worth and five children, two who have recently graduated from college and three currently attending college. They also have three four legged children, Tucker, Finn and Lily.
Our Noble Cause is to enhance the joy of dog parenthood and enable dogs to positively change our world. Why is the Noble Cause important to us? At Dogtopia, we believe every family deserves the joy and well-being benefits of having a dog in their life. Dogtopia provides the services and convenience that allows every individual, regardless of their lifestyle, the joy of dog ownership.
Nallely Armstrong, Area General Manager
Meet Nallely, the dedicated Area General Manager of Dogtopia of Roanoke, where she ensures every pup has a safe and enjoyable experience. With a deep love for dogs, including her own furry companions, Barry and Weezy, Nallely treats every pup as part of her family. Beyond work, she enjoys cheering on her kids at their sporting events and cherishing moments with her loved ones.
Caitlin Crisler-Biggs, Area Parent Relationship Manager
Meet Caitlin, our dedicated Pet Parent Relationship Manager. She brings smiles and passion to our team. Not only does she take care of her loveable boxer, Maia, but she also manages to juggle the adventures of parenthood with her toddler, Penelope. Caitlin thrives on building connections with new pet parents and their furry companions while actively engaging in community outreach. During her downtime, she indulges in her love for cooking, baking, and expressing her creativity through painting.
Quinn Barber, General Manager
Meet Quinn, the dedicated and passionate General Manager of Dogtopia of Southlake! She has a love for creating a fun and safe environment for dogs and people. With her Master’s in Business Administration and Management and years of animal care experience, she’s eager to lead the team and make a positive impact on both the dogs and their owners. Quinn also has two fur children of her own; one cat, Oliver and a Boston Terrier Mix, Stella. This special bond adds a personal touch to her role and highlights her deep love for animals. Quinn strives to make every day a great experience for everyone at Dogtopia!
Jessica Patterson, Operations Manager
Meet Jessica, the caring and dedicated Operations Manager. With over 5 years of previous dog daycare experience, Jessica is a master in dog behavior and carries extensive health and safety knowledge. When not at work, Jessica enjoys spending time with her husband, Cody, and her two fur babies Luna and Dixie. Her passion for dogs and caring nature allow her to create strong bonds with both her staff and her clients (dog and human)!
Kadee Kime, Parent Relationship Manager
Meet Kadee, our friendly Pet Parent Relationship Manager at Dogtopia of Southlake! With a Bachelor’s Degree of Business Administration in Marketing, Kadee has a huge passion for marketing, social media, and DOGS! She has grown up around pets her whole life, with 3 furry friends at home at the moment. A chocolate lab named Buddy, and two cats named Simba and Binx! She is strongly motivated to create lasting relationships with our pet parents here at Dogtopia
Kim Griffith, Groomer
Meet Kim, our talented Groomer of Dogtopia of Southlake! Kim moved to DFW in 2006 and is such an animal lover, so she accepted an apprenticeship with a respected groomer. 17 years later, she continues to serve the Southlake area grooming pups that she loves like her own. When she’s not delivering great puppy pampering, Kim can be found with her husband and new baby girl exploring new places and finding the best food around.
Trinity Miles, Groomer
Meet Trinity, our wonderful groomer! Trinity has been grooming for 10 years, which means she is basically a pro at making pups look and feel fabulous. She’s all about keeping every pup comfy, happy and smelling like a million bones! When she is not at work covered in fur, she can be found out on nature walks with her family, or getting lost in a book. Trinity is in store taking appointments on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
