Jaime and Sherman Hatch, Owners
Sherman and Jaime Hatch are so excited for you to join our business as we work together to grow the Dogtopia brand and services within the rapidly expanding pet industry across the globe. With over twenty years of experience in owning three private Preschools, they are so very excited to have an opportunity to be in new businesses that socialize your furry best friends. Sherman and Jaime reside in Fort Worth and five children, two who have recently graduated from college and three currently attending college. They also have three four legged children, Tucker, Finn and Lily.

Shawnee Dunn, General Manager
Meet Shawnee, the dedicated General Manager of Dogtopia of Southlake, where she ensures that every furry guest has the most exciting day ever! With two adorable dogs of her own, Bandit and Dot, she understands the importance of safety and fun for all pups. When she is not making sure each dog is happy, Shawnee enjoys exploring the outdoors, baking, and tending to her plants.
Quinn Barber, Operations Manager
Meet Quinn, the hard-working Operations Manager of Dogtopia of Southlake! She has been working with dogs for 4 years now and has a dog named Mandy and a cat named Oliver. Quinn is currently studying for her Masters in Business Administration at UTA. She loves getting to work with your pups and being a part of the Dogtopia family!
Alayna Sims, Area Pet Parent Relationship Manager
Meet Alayna, the enthusiastic Pet Parent Relationship Manager of Dogtopia of Southlake! She loves forming relationships with dogs and their families and understands what a big deal it is to have your pup be away from home. Alayna has a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Texas Tech University and two pups of her own, Otis & Roxie. She aims to have every pet parent and pup who walks in the door feel confident & comfortable!
Floyd Saine, Groomer
Meet Floyd, our skilled Groomer of Dogtopia of Southlake! Floyd is a canine stylist with over 27 years of extensive expertise. His passion for working with dogs is unparalleled, and he is great at handling larger and more challenging dogs. Floyd is married with four lovely children. When he is not pampering your pups, he enjoys playing and watching sports, particularly basketball, and preparing delicious meals for his loved ones.
Kim Griffith, Groomer
Meet Kim, our talented Groomer of Dogtopia of Southlake! Kim moved to DFW in 2006 and is such an animal lover, so she accepted an apprenticeship with a respected groomer. 17 years later, she continues to serve the Southlake area grooming pups that she loves like her own. When she’s not delivering great puppy pampering, Kim can be found with her husband and new baby girl exploring new places and finding the best food around.
