your personnel are excellent!

We have been sending our dog to Dogtopia for well over a year now and it’s been great. However the last 2 times haven’t been their usual standard. The smell of “dog” is stronger than usual but our most recent visit was the most unusual. I realized at pick up the person at the desk was new to me so I made sure to give her my dog’s first and last name, said what kind of dog she was and that she was in romper. I waited a solid 10-15 minutes for her to come out only with the wrong dog! First time this has happened and she was really confused. Another 5 minutes go by for our dog to come out with dirty/black covered feet and smelling bad….again has never happened before! While this was all going on 4 more customers were waiting and no other employee came out to assist them in getting their dog! I’m really hoping this was just an off day with a new, not experienced employee because for the price of daycare here I would think the high standards seen here in the past would continue! Otherwise we have always been pleased with Dogtopia!

We are extremely pleased with Dogtopia of Southlake. The friendly atmosphere and the way they care for our babies is why we keep going back. Of course I cant say enough about our groomer, Kim, she knows exactly what we like, no surprises when we pick them up. Highly recommended!!!!!

From the greeting when we walked in, to every staff member we encountered, our meet and greet was amazing. You can tell the team members there truly love animals! We are so excited to watch our baby grow with his new friends !

Everyone is so friendly!

Customer service is always a 10/10! Wednesday and I love all the employees we’ve gotten to work/speak with. All staff are kind and I can tell they love the pets almost as much as the owners. Wednesday has always gotten the best care there and loves the fun activities planned every week.

Maggie looked great and everything was completed on time. Thank you.

Friendly staff and great customer service.

Everyone who works their is very friendly and loves their jobs! My pups love the activities and playing all day. Needless to say, they come home extremely worn out!
