ease of booking, webcams, and extremely friendly and welcoming staff. My dog, Jax, is always happy and excited when I drop him off. We also use Spa services and Jax always comes out nice and clean.
First of all my dogs love going there. They are so excited! If we are gone for a long vacation they act like they are thinking “darn, you mean we have to leave?” 🤣
Second thing about the service is Quinn the manager. She is amazing. Excellent communication, listens to any concern or question & addresses them immediately then asks for feedback on her response. Plus she is such a great leader & role model for the staff. She is always stepping in to help & to greet the dogs & ensures a positive experience for the pups & their humans. We Love Dogtopia 💕
