The staff — very friendly, welcoming. The fun vibe when you walk in. Nice scent in the front office. The decor. The staff on how they welcomed my dog and what a fantastic job they did in bathing her.
Friendly staff. Clean environment. Video cameras to check in on my pup while there. Staff is always in the room to supervise.
