The staff remembered my dog even though we hadn’t been there in several months and they went above and beyond to make sure that she was actually eating her food. So I am very pleased with the services

From the moment I open the door to the time I leave and everything in between – the customer service is top notch. I love the care and attention paid to my dog and to me. They remember who I am. They gush over my dog. They follow up with questions. They provide reassurance to check on my dog throughout the day. They make it convenient to check in and out and pay and take a break and come back. I love that they’ve thought of everything!

Love the services at Dogtopia Southlake. My two dogs go to daycare once a week. They have boarded there several times in the past year and each time they are very happy while there. I really like being able to watch them on the cameras on the app. We have used the spa services as well and have been very pleased with their bath and grooming services as well. I have double coated huskies one of which is a wooly coat and the groomers at Dogtopia know how to care for them properly. Would recommend all of their services to friends, family and neighbors
