My dog is always well taken care of at this place and enjoys going here.
Grooming service is convenient, good & easy.
I recently took my blue heeler puppy Penny to Dogtopia, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. From the moment we walked in, the level of care and attention to detail was evident. One of the standout features for me was the initial meet and greet, which allowed my puppy to slowly get acquainted with a few dogs. This thoughtful approach ensured a comfortable and positive introduction to new friends, reflecting Dogtopia’s commitment to each pet’s well-being.
Additionally, the webcam access was a fantastic touch, allowing pet parents to watch their furry friends as they play, which added a great sense of comfort and transparency.
I was particularly impressed by their stringent health and safety measures. Ensuring all dogs are vaccinated before interaction and maintaining the cleanliness of the facility showed their dedication to health and safety. The place was spotless and well-maintained throughout our visit.
The variety of fun activities offered kept my puppy engaged and entertained, providing a perfect blend of socialization, exercise, and play. It was heartwarming to see my puppy making new dog friends in such a happy and safe environment.
I highly recommend Dogtopia to any dog owner looking for a high-quality daycare experience. Their dedication to the well-being of the pets under their care is truly commendable.

I feel compelled to address an experience during pick-up on 3-1-24 @ 6:30 pm-ish. Due to time constraints and a momentarily unattended desk, I encountered a delay in retrieving Nugget despite explaining my situation to the staff (multiple times). While I understand such instances may occur, I believe there are simple solutions to prevent similar occurrences in the future.
Firstly, implementing a system with a dedicated staff member at the front desk and another fetching the pets could streamline operations.
Another suggestion I have pertains to my experience today. Installing a camera facing the entrance where dogs enter the toybox room could assist in monitoring nervous pets and alleviate the need for owners to call and request repositioning (which I am SUPER grateful you all did today, as it was Nugget’s first time with Dogtopia…and mine too I guess 😅).
Lastly, At check-in, I was informed that I would receive a receipt via email once my card was charged. However, I have yet to receive it and my card has in fact been charged and it is no longer pending but approved (3/3/24).
Toby seems to have fun there
The caretakers love pups and clearly treat my pup well! Lulu loves seeing them. The only thing I wish they had was more beds for the dogs to lay in while they’re bored in the room. Some people want an outdoor area for the dogs, but an indoor area only is perfectly fine for my baby Boston Terrier.
The staff at Dogtopia always goes above and beyond for my dog, Bellatrix. Every single time Bella goes to daycare, and even when she boards, she comes home happy and exhausted. She has a very sensitive stomach and is in lots of medications and I know that my directions for Bella’s care are followed closely. The staff communicates with us very well, and is very responsive if we ever need to call them. I know that whether Bella spends the day or the week at Dogtopia, she is getting the best care and just as much love and attention as she would be getting at home. I cannot thank them enough for the love and care they put into taking care of Bellatrix.
