My dogs come home happy and are excited to go
My dog loves it here! My only hesitation is to the fact that there are no windows facing the exterior. Not being able to see natural light when staying overnight or several days is not ideal. Not sure if considering remodeling or special natural lights available in the market.

My meet & greet with the staff an facility was great. Everyone was really nice and professional. I recommend them to anyone in the area.
I feel that the people watching my dog are attentive. When dogs become too rough or exuberant they put them in the cage for a break and this gives me confidence that under their watch my dog will not get hurt.
Everything was just fantastic. The only issue was that there was no one there for about 7-10 minutes when I arrived there on Saturday morning, so that was a little tricky. I ended up finding someone in the back. Wasn’t supposed to go back there, but had no other option.
The other tricky part was the phone was not answered when I called about my mapping system not working or my delay returning. Otherwise great. The management team was around and knew a lot about dogs, their needs, and behaviors. Thanks so much!
