Everything! Its the perfect, safe environment for my dog. The staff makes it so much better!

Great concept – employees were very knowledgeable and caring. They treated my dog as part of their extended family and provided me which translated to peace of mind in leaving him with them. Love the webcam feature so I can watch my pet while we are separated.

We really appreciate how transparent and knowledgeable the staff were through the entire process of evaluating the puppo for daycare/boarding. It can be very anxiety inducing to bring your doggo into an entirely new environment. The staff clearly understood and respected the anxieties both us and the pup were feeling and communicated very openly to put us at ease. It was great to feel like the staff understood potential concerns before they were voiced and had both on-the-spot and documented responses ready. Interactions with everyone on staff have been very positive so far. The discussion in the lobby and over walkie talkies was very respectful and kind. It is clear that the dogs comfort and safety come first.

Having the cameras available to check in on all the doggos is so wonderful. It is so nice to be able to check in on the pup and how she is doing. It is also just so much fun to watch all of the doggo drama unfold! The attendants allow the dogs to be dogs but also set clear and thoughtful boundaries which is great. We felt so comfortable after being able to observe our pup socialize in a very controlled environment. When the puppo was involved in escalations, she got a very reasonable break. The attendants/trainers are clearly well trained and suited to support pup socialization.

Our doggo definitely had one of her best days ever and cannot wait to return to visit all of her new pup and human friends. Thank you Dogtopia of Westchase!

The staff is so caring and pleasant to both the dogs and the owners. They go out of their way to make your animal comfortable. They give you honest feedback. And whatever you need help with whether it be trying to get your dogs that records or helping you get your animal in and out of the car they do it with a smile on their face. I love taking my dog there. I drop her off in the morning before work and I go 4 miles out of my way just to take her there.

Explained the process of daycare to help put my mind at ease before leaving her. I appreciate that aggressive dog behavior isn’t allowed and they’re watched closely so I can feel comfortable leaving my girl.

Very well organized. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Walked through every aspect of the facility and what my dog would be experiencing, both while in daycare and when back home. Cameras to watch your dog is a real bonus.

Friendly atmosphere. Everyone really cared about my dog Lilly and it showed in her excitement to be there!! I definitely recommend!!

Love to watch them on the internet all day. We also love the support you give to Veterans Service Dog Programs and the military discount. My Service Dog had lots of fun.
