My very shy dog warmed up to the staff right away, the staff seemed very invested in giving the pups the best experience, love the web cams and the special events they have for the pups, love the curbside service.
Very friendly, professional, communicated throughout the day to provide updates on her first day, and clean!

Bear is new but adapting well so far
Justice is amazing with how well he know my Mille, and has such great communication skills. Dogtopia has always been very flexible as well if my flight is delayed. Millie loves going, and it s great to watch her throughout the day!
