Sherman & Jaime Hatch, Franchise Owners
Sherman and Jaime Hatch are so excited for you to join their business as they work together to grow the Dogtopia brand and services within the rapidly expanding pet industry across the globe. With over twenty years of experience in owning three private Preschools, they are so very excited to have an opportunity to be in a business that socializes your furry best friends. Sherman and Jaime reside in Fort Worth and five children, four who have recently graduated from college and one currently attending college. They also have three four legged children, Finn, Lily, and Tucker.

Meet Nallely, the dedicated Area General Manager, where she ensures every pup has a safe and enjoyable experience. With a deep love for dogs, including her furry companions, Barry and Weezy, Nallely treats every pup as part of her family. Beyond work, she enjoys cheering on her kids at their sporting events and cherishing moments with her loved ones.
Caitlin Crisler-Biggs, Area Parent Relationship Manager
Meet Caitlin, our dedicated Pet Parent Relationship Manager. She brings smiles and passion to our team. Not only does she take care of her loveable boxer, Maia, but she also manages to juggle the adventures of parenthood with her toddler, Penelope. Caitlin thrives on building connections with new pet parents and their furry companions while actively engaging in community outreach. During her downtime, she indulges in her love for cooking, baking, and expressing her creativity through painting.
Karragin Schroeder, Operations Manager
Meet Karragin our Operation Manager for Dogtopia of Fort Worth-Downtown. She’s the friendly face that welcomes every dog through the door, ensuring they have a fun, safe, and stress-free daycare experience. Karragin knows how much our clients love their four-legged family members, which is why she always takes the time to keep pet parents updated on their dog’s adventures at pickup. When she’s not making sure all the dogs are happy and safe, Karragin loves spending time with her own furry family—her sweet pup Bambi and two adorable cats. She’s a true animal lover who balances her busy days with crime shows, relaxing at home, and exploring new places through travel.
Juanita Torres, Parent Relationship Manager
Meet Juanita the Parent Relationship Manager at Dogtopia of Fort Worth-Downtown, where she brings a warm and welcoming spirit to every pet parent and pup she meets. With a lifelong love for dogs, working at Dogtopia feels like a natural fit. She’s also a proud dog mom to two pugs, Maya and Max.
Juanita is currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, balancing her academic goals with her passion for pet care. Whether it’s helping a new pup feel at home or building connections with pet parents, Juanita is dedicated to making every Dogtopia experience a great one.
