Sherman and Jaime Hatch are so excited for you to join their business as they work together to grow the Dogtopia brand and services within the rapidly expanding pet industry across the globe. With over twenty years of experience in owning three private Preschools, they are so very excited to have an opportunity to be in a business that socializes your furry best friends. Sherman and Jaime reside in Fort Worth and five children, four who have recently graduated from college and one currently attending college. They also have three four legged children, Finn, Lily, and Tucker.

Meet Nallely, the dedicated Area General Manager, where she ensures every pup has a safe and enjoyable experience. With a deep love for dogs, including her furry companions, Barry and Weezy, Nallely treats every pup as part of her family. Beyond work, she enjoys cheering on her kids at their sporting events and cherishing moments with her loved ones.

Caitlin Crisler-Biggs, Area Parent Relationship Manager

Meet Caitlin, our dedicated Pet Parent Relationship Manager. She brings smiles and passion to our team. Not only does she take care of her loveable boxer, Maia, but she also manages to juggle the adventures of parenthood with her toddler, Penelope. Caitlin thrives on building connections with new pet parents and their furry companions while actively engaging in community outreach. During her downtime, she indulges in her love for cooking, baking, and expressing her creativity through painting.

Callie Covington, General Manager

Meet Callie—a proud mom to an amazing son and a lifelong dog lover. She has been working with dogs professionally for about two years, but her connection with them goes back much further. Having grown up with dogs, they’ve always held a special place in her life. Today, she shares her home with two beloved pups who bring endless joy and love to her days.

When she’s not spending time with her dogs or working, Callie can often be found in the kitchen, indulging her love for cooking. She also has a deep passion for decorating and creating warm, welcoming spaces. Whether at work or at home, Callie enjoys blending creativity and care into everything she does.

Paul Bonilla, Operations Manager

Meet Paul! Paul has been working with Dogtopia for the past 3 years and has really enjoyed getting to know all the dogs and their families along the way. He is currently attending Arizona State University online, studying Applied Biological Sciences on a pre-veterinary track. Outside of work and school, he enjoys hiking, traveling, and spending time with his Labrador Retriever, Pecas. He has always had a passion for animals and hopes to pursue a career in veterinary medicine in the future!

Bailee French, Parent Relationship Manager

Trinity Miles, Groomer

Meet Trinity, our wonderful groomer! Trinity has been grooming for 10 years, which means she is basically a pro at making pups look and feel fabulous. She’s all about keeping every pup comfy, happy and smelling like a million bones! When she is not at work covered in fur, she can be found out on nature walks with her family, or getting lost in a book. Trinity is in store taking appointments Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
