Sherman & Jaime Hatch, Franchise Owners
Sherman and Jaime Hatch are so excited for you to join their business as they work together to grow the Dogtopia brand and services within the rapidly expanding pet industry across the globe. With over twenty years of experience in owning three private Preschools, they are so very excited to have an opportunity to be in a business that socializes your furry best friends. Sherman and Jaime reside in Fort Worth and five children, four who have recently graduated from college and one currently attending college. They also have three four legged children, Finn, Lily, and Tucker.

Meet Shawnee, the dedicated General Manager of Dogtopia of Fort Worth-Downtown. She ensures that every furry guest has the most exciting day possible! With two adorable rescue dogs of her own – Bandit, a Great Dane mix, and Dot, a Heeler mix – she understands the importance of safety and fun for all pups. When she’s not busy making sure each dog is happy, Shawnee enjoys exploring the outdoors, baking, and tending to her plants.
DeiArecia Washington, Pet Parent Relationship Manager
Meet Reci, the dedicated Pet Parent Relationship Manager at Dogtopia of Fort Worth-Downtown. With a background in childhood education, Reci enjoys engaging with the Fort Worth community and ensuring that every pet parent and their pup has a positive and meaningful experience. She has a passion for both plants and animals, caring for her lab, Bucky, and her kitten, Princess Leia. In her free time, when she’s not busy making sure every pup has the most exciting day ever, Reci loves to crochet, play Dungeons & Dragons, and watch professional wrestling.
Nallely Armstrong, Area General Manager
Meet Nallely, the dedicated Area General Manager, where she ensures every pup has a safe and enjoyable experience. With a deep love for dogs, including her furry companions, Barry and Weezy, Nallely treats every pup as part of her family. Beyond work, she enjoys cheering on her kids at their sporting events and cherishing moments with her loved ones.
Karragin Schroeder, Operations Manager
Meet Karragin our Operation Manager for Dogtopia of Fort Worth-Downtown. She’s the friendly face that welcomes every dog through the door, ensuring they have a fun, safe, and stress-free daycare experience. Karragin knows how much our clients love their four-legged family members, which is why she always takes the time to keep pet parents updated on their dog’s adventures at pickup. When she’s not making sure all the dogs are happy and safe, Karragin loves spending time with her own furry family—her sweet pup Bambi and two adorable cats. She’s a true animal lover who balances her busy days with crime shows, relaxing at home, and exploring new places through travel.
