The staff is friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and listens. The care of my dog was fantastic!
the employees all seem very nice and attentive! i like that there is outdoor and indoor spaces with camera access and that there are special event type days! my one wish is that there was some turf or grass area for bathroom use but this is not a huge deal

The rest of the staff is friendly, and great with the dogs. I love all of the fun and creative things they do with our pets. This location is easy to work with, friendly, professional and take pride in their work.
My dog hasn’t actually visited yet. But the staff could not have been more friendly and helpful and courteous and I am really excited for him to go next week.
Staff is genuinely friendly, and takes real interest in our dog. The cameras/ability to take a look and see what the pups are up to is great too. This Dogtopia location is exceeding our expectations.
The extra things y’all do for playtime like the water day is great. Your staff clearly love the dogs too.
We love Dogtopia! All the staff is wonderful! However, the afternoon front desk staff is not very friendly or welcoming and often makes pickup awkward.

Everyone is so sweet and kind to Simon and to me and my husband when we come in! Whenever I come in they actually see my car and immediately call back for Simon to start getting ready, so it makes the pickup process even faster. Just going above and beyond in customer service 🙂
