Staff engagement with dogs during playtime
Employees truly care about every dog that walks in the door. They are friendly and compassionate. Along with day care i like to option for activities treats and special photo days.
The kindness, the fact u can watch him, the fun they have.
My dogs are treated like family. I love being able to check the cameras, the themed pictures are fantastic, and the staff has always been great about updates on their health and interaction with the other dogs. Even when my role at work transitioned to fully remote, I’ve kept the weekly package because my girls love their Dogtopia days so much.
Efficient, friendly staff, staff being in dog rooms at all times, agility offered along with daily treats and a la carte options is nice

Staff is very friendly and helpful and I feel like they love my pup as much as I do. They go above and beyond to make sure he feels loved and safe.
Cleanliness, staffing, multiple activities for the dogs, grooming services on site, willingness to work with the pets for observed needs, boarding. What’s not to like? My dog is very important to me and I want the best for him.
Your staff is awesome and my dog is well taken care of during doggie day care and short term boarding. I like that there are cameras available so I can check in whenever I want.
The staff really loves my girl! She cannot wait to get out of the car and get in the door. I know she is in good hands!!!
