The people are kind and love my dog. The grooming service has been great for us.
I love the watchful care and supervision the dogs receive, and was especially impressed on their oversight on introducing my dog to a new environment and other dogs.
It was really helpful and reassuring for me to check in on their web cam, and see my dog in the playroom and also outdoors. I was also so surprised that my dog eagerly walked right in on day two, without any hesitation!
Staff is very knowledgeable, attentive and friendly.
They know my dog Sadie and are always glad to see her. Staff is always friendly and makes me feel comfortable that I am leaving my fur baby with them!
