Alexandra was very welcoming and remembered my dog even though we had not been in awhile. The people are friendly and the place is clean.
One of the downsides of not having a specific area to urinate/dedicate, my dog will sometimes have accidents in our house after being at Dogtopia for a full day.
The new client. I did the meet and greet for my Hungarian Vizsla. The people were courteous, and explained each feature or service.
My Vizsla was a large dog, and they approached him and petted him and weren’t afraid and he sensed that.
He appeared very tired afterwards, which is good for me. But I’ll know more after my first official visit.
You love my dog…it shows.
My puppy is in a safe environment where he can interact with other puppies. I also like that I can monitor him throughout the day.
They seem to care about the dogs and always greet my pup by name and love on him when he comes in. They also remember his dietary needs without reminding on treat days. I also like that it’s clean, well maintained, and conveniently flexible with our schedule.
The last time I had my dog in for Daycare, he was crated more than advertised. I recognize that the dogs are crated from Noon till 2pm while the facility is cleaned I presume, but when the cameras came back on at 2pm he was still crated, and remained crated until about 2:40pm. Then when I went to pick him up at 5:40pm, he along with most of the other dogs were crated once again! And if they’re being crated that much during the day, I can only wonder what is happening at night time when I board him. Overnight I don’t think he should be crated much more than 8-10 hours without being able to relieve themselves.
