Do you require a contract?
Yes, but it’s an open-ended agreement. By enrolling, you’re guaranteed consistent pricing for 12 months. You may cancel or change your enrollment at any time, with a two-week notice.

How does your contract work?
Each enrollment plan provides a total number of daycare days per week to use whenever you like. We recommend developing a consistent schedule for you and your dog, as dogs thrive off of routine. Unused daycare days do not rollover to the following billing cycle. We’ll help you determine the right plan for your desired attendance.

How often am I billed?
You’ll be billed weekly on Sunday. Explore our pricing to learn more.

What if I miss a week or a day?
We understand that issues arise that may require an absence, so each doggie gets four (4) “pause weeks” every year. During this time, we’ll pause your enrollment and we won’t take payment. You’re free to use your “pause weeks” in any combination, as long as you pause for at least 1 week and for no more than 4.

Does my wellness plan offer any discounts on other services?
Enrollment provides you with the absolute best price on our dog daycare service and dog boarding service. Unfortunately, there are no other discounts on our services.

How does boarding work with enrollment?
Dogs on our wellness program are given priority for boarding reservations. Your weekly enrollment may be applied toward the invoice for your overnight stay. If you’re staying longer than you’re enrolled, you simply pay the enrolled boarding rate. If you’re not enrolled and looking to board, you will be charged the non-enrolled boarding rate.

Is my dog required to attend daycare the same days every week?
No, it’s not required at this time, but it is highly recommended because dogs thrive on consistent routines.

Can I change my plan?
Yes! But we ask that you provide a two-week notice to modify or cancel your plan.

Can I purchase more days without changing my plan?
Yes! You may purchase additional doggie daycare days without changing your plan, and we’ll honor your daycare rate as outlined by your specific wellness plan.

Can both of my dogs use one plan?
No, we allow only one dog per wellness plan. If you have two (or more) dogs, you must purchase additional plans.

Will I get a receipt?
Yes, you’ll receive an email every week notifying you of the charge to your credit card.

Can I pause my plan?
Yes! You may pause your plan for a total of four (4) weeks per year at no charge. All pauses require a one-week minimum. To pause your plan, please email your location or let us know during your next daycare drop off.

You can cancel your plan by emailing your location or in-person during your next daycare drop off. However, we ask that you provide a two-week notice to change or cancel your plan.

Can my wellness plan be used at another Dogtopia?
No. Unfortunately, your wellness plan can’t be transferred to other locations at this time.
