Everyone has been awesome! You can tell the employees really love the dogs.
We’ve never taken out littke one to daycare before & were a little nervous. Everyone there was great – they answered all our questions & reassured us our Wasabi would feel comfortable in no time. Nicko was especially welcoming & helpful.

Wasabi has had such a great time & we felt so comfortable with Dogtopia we already signed up for two-day a week enrollment.

We love the Webcam so we can look in on our baby. We also loved the first day photo & report card too and hope we get those more often.

We’re brand new to Dogtopia, but so far everyone has been professional, informative, and very friendly. The dogs are really happy after their first visit and excited to go back! It’s a great place especially in the Texas heat for the dogs to get socialization and stimulation.

I love that the dogs are taken care of very well by the staff. I love the fun activities they do, and I love that the staff logs everything. It’s pretty impressive. I feel like my dog is in great hands!

We travel to the Frisco area often. When we’re in town, we like to put our dog in daycare so he’s not all alone while we are out and about doing things with family. We have been to other day cares in the area as well as where we live. I’ve never experienced the level of customer service and friendliness that this Dogtopia location provides anywhere else. Kat at the front desk is a extremely friendly and I’m amazed at how well they pay attention to the details. The first day they gave me pictures of my dog and a report card. The second day I got a handwritten note. They give you a wonderful tour when you arrive the first time and take time to answer questions you may have. When I went the second time they remembered who I was there to pick up. Anywhere else I’ve been, even the daycare where we normally go at home, always asks who I am there to pick up. I also appreciate the webcams and at several points when I checked in on my dog, I saw the staff members petting and interacting with the dogs. I couldn’t recommend this location more!
