Staff is very friendly and attentive. My dog seems to have a lot of fun every day there and I like being able to see him on the camera.

From the front office to the daycare rooms every canine coach and manager has shown complete dedication to their job. The daycare and spa services are fantastic! The flexibility of days and hours make it easy for me to drop-off and pickup.
Personal communication (great customer service) and love for my pet. It’s great to have the flexibility to pause the payments. My only suggestion is to make the dogs play more. Most of the time they are just there, only a few dogs engage in play by themselves.

Ms. Jubilee at the front desk is so sweet, genuinely seems to care for your dogs, she’s very knowledgeable and accommodating. I’m hoping my dogs can get some good socialization when they visit.
The staff is friendly and Boss loves coming there. We have not had major issues. We bought him in for an extra day this past week and requested a bath and teeth brushing. The new staff person on duty was very pushy, almost insistent about a tip. We found this a bit annoying and decided not to leave one. We understand tipping and have never encountered this in the 8 months we have been coming there.
Close to home . For daycare only for me.
