I genuinely appreciate the friendly and caring nature of the workers at this place. They have provided my dog with ample opportunities to play, exercise, and socialize with other dogs when I’m unable to give him my full attention.
AFTER DISCUSSING THE DROP OFF FOR MY DOG just FOR GROOMING, I NOW SEE THEIR POLICY AND THEY DID A GREAT JOB ON THE GROOMING SIDE, JUST KNOW THAT DOGTOPIA HAS TRIED TO EXPLAIN HOW THE MIXUP HAPPENED AND i AM SATISFIED WITH USING THEM. I WILL CALL AHEAD TO MAKE SURE THEY HAVE IMMEDIATE ROOM TO DO A GROOM BEFORE DROP OFF SO I DON’T GET CHARGED FOR DAYCARE. THEY MADE AMENDS AND WE ARE GOOD!

The staff is wonderful with our dogs. They’re always glad to see them and treat our babies like their own. We always know the climate at Dogtopia is nice and cool during the summer. Our dogs are always tired when they come home. So worth it!
We have just moved back to the woodlands and took our dog back to the woodland north location and our dog couldn’t be happier. Wonderful people and great place
