I found a wound on my pet’s ear after getting home from daycare. I understand that accidents happen and it wasn’t bad. But it concerns me that no one told me about it. Was the wound just not seen? Did the caregiver not see the fight? Or is it just a miscommunication and someone forgot to tell me at pick up? There are just several questions with the situation.

I fully trust Dogtopia for the care of my dogs. My boys are excited to attend Daycare and I know Dogtopia provides a second home when they need to be boarded. The staff is excellent to work with and will update me via text on how my dogs are doing.

You do a terrific job grooming my dog who has had trouble at other groomers because she’s older, gets nervous and snippy. Other groomers haven’t known how to handle her, but at Dogtopia you know how to handle her and you treat her so well. Her grooming always look terrific! Thank you!

The fact you are not ad slowed to step in the front door makes me wonder what they are hiding. Does it smell etc.

the staff are all friendly and attentive. I especially like all the attention and special day events they have for my dog. The cameras give me peace of mind so I can look in and see what he is up to any time of day. Most of all my dog comes home happy every day 🙂
