Love the boarding service, however, I paid for a face trim for my schnauzer and it looks like NOTHING was done. I see absolutely no change in his face. I also paid for a bath which I can tell that it was done. I know I should have said something when I picked him up. After being out of town, I just wanted to get home. I also thought about calling,, but really thought, what good would that do. I am not a complainer, however, I feel like I paid for a service, AND TIPPED, that did not happen.

The people are super friendly, and they treat our animal friends with love and respect. The facility is clean, and they keep cleaning throughout the day.

Very personal and friendly. Sally is always happy to jump out of the car and go!

Murphy had a good time. He came back with a small eye infection, I received medication from My family Vet and he is doing great.

Personal attention to dogs. Staff knows each dog by name and personality.

Wish dogs could board without using play days money in addition to kennel fees.

I love how much they love my pups! They only go for grooming but the staff treats them like royalty and remembers them every time. I also love how sweet everyone is to our 18 yr old grumpy old man dog.

The great staff! Alicia is FABULOUS! All the folks are fantastic with Lola and I feel safe with the crew and protocols that they follow. I feel valued because they know me and my dog and they are caring.
