Being able to check on Tilly visibly and all the personal service making pickup and drop off so easy. And the staff is friendly, caring and competent.
Alll workers seem to generally like dogs and care for them as though they are their own.
How clean the rooms are with many friendly fun dogs.
Also friendly fun staff that are professional & know how to handle pets!!
