The people are wonderful❤️❤️❤️❤️. Scout and Boomer love coming to Dogtopia. We like the support for the Foundation. We have used daycare, boarding and spa services and are very happy will everything.

Staff is always friendly and I like getting texts about pick up hours, grooming, etc.

The staff makes this place so great!! You can tell they love what they do there is always more than one person to greet us and our pups, always with a smile and excited to see our dogs. Love the activities-stimulation for dogs.

Friendly and helpful

I was concerned about my dog, not drinking water while he was there because he always comes home from your establishment just like he’s not had any water for the whole day. So I spoke with the young lady and she told me when I brought him into board to bring his water bowl. The water bowl was never use. It was never taken out of the bag, so maybe there needs to be a uniform way to do things of that nature. Also, I was never told that when you asked to have a bath before you pick the dog up that you had the option of keeping them aside instead of playing with other dogs. Because the last two times he had been bathed at your place he smelled like dog by the time. I got him home so I had to give him a bath again , maybe that should’ve been another thing that was told Front instead of having to find it out the long way around

The staff is so friendly and give great care to my pups. They go out of their way to make sure our needs are met. The facility is always clean and smells great. My pups are always happy to get there for daycare. The provide great bathing services as well.
