Alicia is SUPER friendly and provides us with excellent customer service. We have recommended to several people and some have even become members with their fur babies.

The people care about the animals. Dogtopia is a vacation for my dog while I’m on vacation. I don’t have to worry about him being sad or mistreated.

Trust, my pet is happy to go to Dogtopia. People are great and happy!

Everyone is friendly and enthusiastic and appear to truly love our dogs. Our pup loves coming to Dogtopia.

Everyone at this location are extremely friendly and give great customer service. I only know this location since it’s my first time using dog daycare. My pup is 7 months old and loves it here. He’s learning socialization with other dogs and humans. Great place! Love the Webcam so I can check in once in a while during the day to see how he is doing.

I love that everyone is friendly, ALWAYS!
The place smells clean and I can peek in any time I’m missing him via Webcam.
The hours are also very accommodating and requesting drop off is extremely easy!
It’s a terrific business model!

I do wish the care takers were a little more interactive… however, they do have their hands full with cleanup so I understand.

I’d also like to see more focus on training or having the option. This would help back up the training we’re working on and help solidify professional training he receives.
The latter are not complaints, but observations.
Perhaps a “floater” position would be helpful, to have more than one worker available for those tasks. I also understand staffing constraints… so again, no complaints, just recommendations.
I feel this is a great place to leave our “babies” when we can’t be with them!!
