Looking for a chance to run your own business? We are seeking a motivated, hard-working pet groomer to offer grooming services to compliment our daycare service. Candidates should have a minimum of 3+ years of experience as a pet groomer or stylist, have knowledge of breed standards, excellent scissoring techniques, the ability to express anal glands and handle small and large dogs of all breeds.

Follow the owner’s instructions and/or Breed Profile Standards when clipping or trimming an animal’s coat. Ensure the safety and well-being of animals at all times.

*Utilize your own grooming equipment and tools including clippers and shears. Shampoo and conditioner to be provided by Dogtopia.

*Provide courteous service to all customers.

*manage schedule and appointments

*Interest in animal welfare

*Assist with building the grooming business (ie: reminder calls, greet customers upon arrival, etc).

*Ensure grooming salon cleanliness, perform routine housekeeping to maintain the appearance of the grooming salon.

*Must be available to work 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day.

*Must be able to complete at least 4-5 full grooms a day.
