From the gal at the reception desk to the staff taking care of our pups in the back — they were professional, caring and full of enthusiasm! The facility was very clean. I especially enjoyed checking in on my Hank with the video feed easily found on their app. Will definitely be back!

The staff is so friendly and engaging. My dog Hank is beyond excited to go to Dogtopia Viera for his daycare.

The welcome we get coming into the facility, as well as the Have a good evening when we leave!! A good group of workers who get along with each other, are happy to be at that job and makes you feel good to leave your dog. The facility is very clean. Watching the web cam you see the constant cleaning, mopping and care of the dogs…letting the dogs wrestle with wagging tails, letting them run back and forth and knowing when the dog needs a break to calm down a minute by putting them in a crate! Caring, Loving, Understanding to the families and their dogs. I am Thankful to have come here.

What I like about Dogtopia in Viera is the the staff is friendly and caring. I like being able to view my pet through the doggy can. Having grooming staff available is a plus.

The ladies at the front were very nice and helpful. My Sadie had a nice bath and trim which made me happy.

I like that you are able/willing to work with my high energy dog.
