This was our first time using Dogtopia. When we picked up Rosco, we felt he needed a bit more trimming in certain areas. Reception told us we could come right back the next morning. I was able to speak to the groomer, Carol and explained what we were looking for. She was very kind and understanding and did just what we asked. We had Rosco back right away the next day looking great!
