Easy grooming appointments, short wait time, good results. But one thing you can fix, is ONE receipt per customer, instead of a separate one for every service for every dog I don’t need 4 emailed receipts!

You interview all prospective dogs for the safety of the members.
The process of enrolling was easy.
The pickup and drop off was quick

Friendly staff and very caring.

Cleanliness. The urine smell hits me as soon as I open the door. No days are worse than others…it’s pretty consistent.

I love the care my dog gets and that she loves going.

The people there are super nice and care about the dogs. It is also really easy to drop up and pick up and I love being able to check in on the cameras.

Front desk staff is excellent and they will go out of their way to help you.
