Great communication, welcoming environment
Everyone at Dogtopia pays attention to my dog’s needs while she is visiting. I especially enjoy watching her play via the webcam. Nice touch! Prices are affordable, too.

I love that my dog is so excited to go in. She runs right in and gets into her day. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I will return.
The staff is super friendly and do a great job taking care of both the pups and the facility! I recently boarded my dog for the first time with Dogtopia and it was a seamless experience. They made me feel assured and at peace that my dog was in great hands! I also love the camera feature in the Dogtopia app if I ever want to check in on how my dog is doing.
Friendly employees
The staff is absolutely amazing and I know my dog is in great hands when I drop her off. My only constructive comments would be the communication process. When scheduling appointments for grooming, if they get canceled or are not accepted the only way to know is to check the app. I wish there were better communication on if the appointment is not accepted what our alternate dates that could be accommodated. A simple email would be awesome to stay connected.
