Everything. Everyone is dog oriented, caring and loving. My dogs get everything they need. My concerns are always heard (two male dogs). Their daycare is adjusted for whatever behavior concerns I have.

Staff are friendly and welcoming. They seem to really like my dog and are happy to see her. I appreciate that they have accommodated my changing schedule and are always super helpful when my dog is under the weather. The staff make me feel comfortable when boarding her. I know that she is well cared for and liked. They understand her personality and her unique qualities!

Well I wish the owners would get back to me from my 2 emails I sent them about a discount I’ve asked about. Given by my employer for being an employee of Amazon. So still waiting cause me and my husband really like this place. Plus our pup millie lives t it and has fun being exercise and gets to play with her friends while we’re at work. But it would be nice to be able to use that promo at our dogtopia that we go to. There should not be special ones that allow it.

First time with grooming there fand I couldn’t be happier.
The staff was super friendly towards my dog and myself.
Goose was comfortable with them right away and that matters!!!
The groomer did a phenomenal job paying close attention to every detail.
She made a long haired shepherd/ husky with lots of fur look like a show dog!
The pricing is great too.
