Friendly staff and their attention to the dogs
I think you are doing a great job. The 8 is really because there are so many dogs that attend so it wouldn’t be an appropriate setting for all dogs. I do wish corporate hadn’t removed the 5-class package deal but it’s not a huge factor. The staff are polite and friendly and my dog loves the room monitors.
The staff is well trained. The facility is clean & safe. They have been very accommodating when we needed last minute care for the day or overnight.
