Overall experience has been very good. Deanna has been terrific answering questions and very genuine. Staff is friendly.
The drop off/pick up is a bit clunky when there are multiple owners picking up at the same time.
Not sure if they are verifying the owner of the dogs at pickup. Perhaps a secure code on the app or in the lobby for pick up is a potential solution.
Would like to be able to track her activity level.. perhaps allow activity trackers with break away collars if it can be safe.

Staff is extremely friendly and takes great care of my dog. I have a very anxious rescue who was super scared in the beginning. He now jumps in excitement when he hears the word daycare!
I love how the staff cares for the dogs and work with them when there are areas for improvement. I also love being able to look at my dog through the day, and the ease of access for spa services.

Most staff at Dogtopia of Bellevue are courteous, kind, and knowledgeable; however, there are some workers that do not handle the dogs with the same level of attentiveness and compassion as others. Removing the handling/treatment disparity between coaches would substantially improve the dogs’ day-to-day experiences. On numerous occasions, we’ve also seen dogs with higher energy, like our own, get separated from their BFFFs all day as a means to diminish hyperactivity – while we understand the importance of regulation, we believe there are better ways to control the dogs’ energies while keeping them with their crew (e.g., intermittent leash handling).
That being said, we are big fans of Dogtopia (doggo included!) – we certainly have more compliments than we do complaints.
