Clean facilities, everyone is very friendly, my dog seems to be taken good care of.

Communication is poor.
Also I am not sure what the plan is for the dogs that are locked in the crate while few other dogs are free at the same time.
I still haven’t heard back from the person who told me that she will call me back for the lack of feeding issues our dog had when we boarded him few months ago.
She emailed me to ask for my cell number and never called back.

Our dog has a good time and is well-cared for, the staff obviously care a lot, and the location is convenient to our workplaces

Maple loves Dogtopia! She gets so excited to go and loves seeing all the staff there. She’s often playing when I check in on the webcams and she’s always exhausted when we pick her up to go home!

The facility is clean and there is a lot of staff who answer questions.

More enrichment activities. The dogs mostly play with each other and I haven’t seen anything other than bubbles offered for enrichment.

Clean safe facility. Friendly knowledge staff. Easy registration and scheduling app. Doggy cam is amazing! Written report card on how our dog did.

Everytime I drop my dog off at Dogtopia – I know and feel he is in great hands with the workers there at the daycare. They provide excellent attention to every dog and I am so happy to have a tired pup after a long day of work as well. I want to call out your associate Sarah, who is always so kind and compassionate on the phone whenever I have a last-minute change or request a new day for my dog, Jack. Everyone at Dogtopia truly cares and is really kind and it is worth the money and drive from Puyallup to Bellevue. I am thankful for you all!
