I also like the physical environment.

Amazing staff! They helped my timid shy boy break out of his shell and be more comfortable with new people. He has made so many friends and absolutely loves going to daycare

Staff is so friendly and genuinely adore my puppy. I know she is in good hands while she’s at Dogtopia.

I like that the staff is certified and well trained. It feels like a safe place for my dog to be. I’m not worried about some of the horror stories I’ve heard about happening.

Very responsive and caring

I like the attention to detail and the ability to watch my dog interact with the other dogs throughout the day. Everyone is super friendly and the app is super convenient.

Abee (my dog) loves Dogtopia! She’s always very excited when we pull up. I do have some feedback though:

• She’s always VERY thirsty when I pick her up. I’m not sure if the dogs are led to water of if they are not provided it throughout the day, but something worth noting. Especially during warmer months.

• In today’s busy world having to provide 2 weeks prior notice to cancel upcoming reservations is tough – I understand the business practicality for Dogtopia, but for your customers – it’s very restrictive.

Also, I wish there were opportunities to visit other Dogtopias – instead of be bound to the one you signed up for.

Other than those few items – I think everyone does a great job. Bellevue WA staff is overall very friendly.
