My dog Stella loves going to Dogtopia. The staff are great! Friendly and professional. They really care about the dogs. They are very flexible and convenient in terms of hours and boarding.

the staff is well trained, friendly and they know your dog by name! special events and fun activities add variety to the day. you can tune in to a live webcam to observe your dog playing or watching all the action from the sidelines or an elevated platform. there is always a staff member(s) inside the play zone. my pup comes home exhausted and is content to eat dinner and settle down. we are so pleased with dogtopia, ahwatukee.

There is good supervision over the play. Other doggie daycares can provide the energy outlet but I don’t feel safe leaving my pup with some other facilities. The cameras are also a huge bonus- being able to check in on my pup throughout the day and see the joy he is having The staff are always friendly and kind, there are cute activities/snacks/extras that are fun but also allows our pup to have something extra and fun when we can’t be with them.

Everything! The employees are wonderful, truly care about the pups and do such a great job with them. Maggie loves all dogs and even though she is still anxious with people, she is always excited to see them when I drop her off. It is great to have a safe happy space for a puppy that is on the anxious side yet has a whole lot of energy.

Everything! Staff is friendly and communicate well about events and updating you about your dogs day when you pick them up. My dog always runs in excited to play. I love how they provide training and really make each dogs visit personal. I love the treat options they offer daily and the best part is that they aren’t expensive. The billing department is also very helpful when needing help.

It would be nice if you could answer the door quicker, especially in the very early a.m. when we are all needing to get work. Perhaps have two people working at that time. As well, I’d like to not have my dog in the kennel as much as I’ve seen. I came from a different Dogtopia location as I have recently moved to Ahwatukee….and he absolutely was not kenneled as much as he has been here. It’s actually starting to bother me. I do see it more prevalent on the days where you seem to be “over capacity looking” per the amount of dogs. As well, I don’t see two attendants when there seems to be so many dogs. You asked for my feedback, I’m being honest. Compared to the last Dogtopia location, these are the issues I’m personally having.
