Sometimes the in-take in the mornings is really long (especially when there’s two or more dog owners dropping off their dogs) — I have three kids in the car waiting to get to school, so if we can’t drop off the dog within five minutes it becomes an issue

App is great & I love the availability to pick up & drop off. The employees are kind & pay attention to what is going on in the rooms.

I like the convenience of the range of pickup times, a safe & cool place for my pup to play during the summer and the friendly associates who watch over him
