Operating hours! Not many allow for drop off as early as you do and for a nurse, that’s a godsend
Very informative, and the staff are super nice, trusting, feel good about the attention given to my pup and all of the others. They were very informative when i picked Mellie up after Meet and Greet, and just overall a good vibe.
Very pricey!! Difficult to cancel an appointment if needing to change. I have not been able to get clear info in cost if I need to bring mu pups an extra day outside of my 2 day plan. Would be helpful to have a quicker drop off and pick up process.
The staff and the facility. Good job everyone!
The only issue I think should be addressed is the wait times when dropping off or picking up our dogs. Other than that everything is fine.
