I enjoy how friendly the whole team is. Everything is really easy to sign up for and the website is easy to determine when I am scheduled. I absolutely love the photo days. Those are hands-down, my favorite to have those sweet little pictures of my corgi.

We want to love Dogtopia but due to our dog we can’t. The staff is great and our dog loves going but because of her energy the staff has no other solution but to leave our dog in a crate most the time. We have tried talking with management and were told in so many words our dog is not trained and doesn’t listen to commands. The unlimited plan was perfect until we realized our dog spends most of the time in the crate during the week. Because of morning rush hours and afternoon rush hours and 2 1/2 hour lunch/nap our dog doesn’t get nearly enough play as the others and we are jealous. Watching the camera now just frustrates us. We went down to 3 days a week so our dog doesn’t spend all week in the crate. We stopped recommending Dogtopia to others and are looking at other play options. It’s a shame all we are asking for is fair play time for our dog which costs Dogtopia nothing.

Everyone on the staff is always friendly, helpful and caring. Our little guy is thriving there.

Operating hours! Not many allow for drop off as early as you do and for a nurse, that’s a godsend
