The only issue I think should be addressed is the wait times when dropping off or picking up our dogs. Other than that everything is fine.

several large play rooms with staff present, dogs introduced to a playroom that staff determine is appropriate, webcams, staff get to know your dog, extensive hours of operation to drop off or pick up your pal, options for lunch or snacks. also like the special days when they take pictures of your dog.

My dog loves playing with her friends and the staff. Dogtopia is a great solution for my dog to interact with other dogs and have fun.

Professionalism.

It’s a great place for our dog to socialize and work off her energy in a safe environment. The people that work there are all very enthusiastic about the dogs and know their personalities.

Everyone is kind to my dog and to me. Booking appointments is easy. I know my dog is safe and having fun with her friends all day.

We started in Ahwatukee but moved to the Tempe location for convenience thinking all Dogtopia’s are the same. They are not! Skye completely regressed. She turned into a dog that hid in the corner & didn’t want to get out of our car during drop off. We couldn’t figure out what happened but decided to move her back to Ahwatukee. Your management/staff welcomed us both back & immediately Skye’s behavior starting changing to what it used to be. She clearly feels safer in this environment & I credit this to the coaches in the room truly being the alpha. Bad behaviors are corrected. I could go on about how thankful I am to the Ahwatukee location. I love seeing her on camera bound around playing with others.
