Better communication re: spa appointments. There are dogs with the same names, and it’s happened a few times where another dog received our dog’s service, or vice-a-versa.
The pricing is also very expensive, but we continue to pay it because we know it’s a lot of work for the staff and our dog enjoys it. I’m just not sure how sustainable it will be for us in the long run.
I would also like to know how the group enrichment activities work a bit better. From viewing the webcam, it doesn’t seem like staff work to engage the dogs. I could be totally wrong because webcams vs live is very different. But for the money we spend, it would be nice to see our fur babies have more guidance in participating.
The staff are beyond, so sweet and kind.

The people seem genuine and knowledgeable, video cameras, nap time so dogs can decompress, picture days, addional add ons
Rolo always seems happy whenever I check in. Someone is almost always present within a few minutes. Love the cameras in general. The workers always seem to love the animals and give them lots of attention.
All the staff/Coaches are wonderful. And our dog is doing really well there. Thank you.
