It would be nice if you could answer the door quicker, especially in the very early a.m. when we are all needing to get work. Perhaps have two people working at that time. As well, I’d like to not have my dog in the kennel as much as I’ve seen. I came from a different Dogtopia location as I have recently moved to Ahwatukee….and he absolutely was not kenneled as much as he has been here. It’s actually starting to bother me. I do see it more prevalent on the days where you seem to be “over capacity looking” per the amount of dogs. As well, I don’t see two attendants when there seems to be so many dogs. You asked for my feedback, I’m being honest. Compared to the last Dogtopia location, these are the issues I’m personally having.

The staff is friendly and caring. My pet likes to go play with her friends. The Rovers are attentive.

We feel comfortable leaving our dog in your care. She gets lots of socialization!
