About 5 weeks ago I stopped seeing receipts in my email each Sunday showing that my card had been charged for my dog’s daycare.
I asked again when I picked them up yesterday. Still did not receive one.
If this continues I will stop autopay.
Everyone is friendly and attentive to any needs or requests we have but above all every member of the team seems to care about both the animals and their jobs. It’s nice to not have any worries throughout the day about the furry member of the family.
It’s extremely expensive.
The staff and facility are AMAZING! My pup can’t wait to go to “school” – he loves it and is so exhausted by the day’s end. Highly recommend! Debbie H

Super wonderful team of coaches that truly care for my dog & are happy to see her. Easy to book appointments on the app & check in on my dog via video feed. Great activities for the pups!

The app continues to have issues. Sometimes it will not let me schedule or change boarding or play dates.
The staff at this location are very helpful when this happens! It would be great to also have a reliable app for times when I am traveling or making preparations.
